So if you are having an issue while you trying to login into your PayPal Account it keeps bouncing you back that you need to confirm your identity before you can access your account by confirming your phone number, and receiving text messages to your primary number while don’t have access to that phone number again and your asset is there inside your PayPal all that you need to do is clear your caches and history first, disconnect any means of VPN if you are using it then go to your browser I recommend you to use chrome open a new tab and search for PayPal
PAY ATTENTION HERE! go to the login page and enter your login details wait don’t click on login open an incognito tab search for PayPal enter your login details this is where you are going to bypass the identity verification so now click on login on the incognito tab then immediately go back to the normal tab and click on login it will successful login without asking to verify your identity Note this 2022 method is working perfectly for more explanation watch the video on my youtube
